INVITATION TO ANNUAL SPRING MEETING 2023

The troop invites all the members over 15 years to the annual spring meeting to discuss and decide on the matters required by the rules. The meeting is in Google Meets on March 20th 1800 hrs at Iso Omena Library in meeting room Kari. You can participate in the meeting also from here.

The agenda

• Approval of the 2022 action report and financial statements presented by the board

• Approval of auditing report and discharge of accounts and liability

• Approval of action plan 2023 and budget 2023

• Electoral of two auditors and one co-auditor

• Troops annual fee of 2024

• Discussion and Decision of the new organizational arrangements

• Other matters which are brought to concern two weeks before the annual meeting
